RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Conduct independent in-depth research on digital technologies and their impact on sectors and corporate functions
* Develop original and highly structured research papers on digital transformation, backed by rigorous analysis and thorough research
* Adhere to the Institute’s high quality standards
* Guide Campany global consulting community as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on digital transformation
* Engage with the press community to represent Company Consulting’s views on Digital Transformation
* Participate in international training events and business development initiatives.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
* Strong understanding of how digital technology can enable business transformation and passion for all things digital
* Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense for structure and logic
* Excellent business writing skills
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Ability to build business cases and models and comfort with financial analysis
* Problem solving skills
* Strong attention to detail.
ACCOUNTABILITIES * Ensure all deliverables are in line with expected quality for external publication
* Ensure on time delivery of allotted projects

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS – MUST HAVES:
* An engineering/management degree from a premier institution
* Candidates should be working in a strategic/analytical role in a research and/consulting company with 5-10 years of relevant experience
* Passionate about digital technologies.
* Exposure to working in a consulting company and/or business strategy group.
* Prior experience in writing White Papers, Research Papers , Point of Views , Findings.
* Candidate sholud be a part of Thought Leadership,
* Experience working with globally dispersed project teams, in a matrix organizational setup.
