KEY RESPONSIBLE AREA
Coordinate with Sales team and align retail plan with Sales plan and achieve monthly retail target for the State/Zone handled and ensure collections as per retail.
Study PVT Banks Finance Scenario for the state, their target, Performance of other manufacturers in the state/ Zone and Drive PVT Banks/ NBFC business as per target fixed the Company. Ensure post disbursement documents are submitted on time. (for the State/ Zone)
Ensure Systems and Processes established by the Company is maintained at dealerships, Reduction in RCT as per target fixed for the year with special focus on > 30 days advances
Make quarterly Field activity plan for the retail team, budget it and ensure Bankers meet; Loan Melas & delivery functions are done as per plan.
Estimate funding requirement for the State/ Zone through trade advance, Plan it in advance and recommend, handhold and monitor trade advance given to dealers
Identify dealers who needs Company support, (High RCT dealers, dealers with viability issues etc) visit those dealerships, and take corrective measures to support the dealer.
Meeting with State Heads/ Zonal heads of financiers for resolving issues, rapport building and for aligning business plan with financiers plan.
Work out Retail Options for exchange tractors, help bankers in liquidating repossessed tractors through dealers/ exchange team.
NPA monitoring: – Ensure our portfolio with PVT Banks/ NBFCs are profitable and take corrective preventive measures for the sustainability and uninterrupted finance facility to the dealers. :
