Job Description:
- Handling Resource Management operations involving Resource Planning, Resource deployment, Rotation / Skills up-gradation of the workforce to match demand.
- Responsible for o n time fulfillment, Rotation, Capacity Planning & utilization
- Requires extensive and rich experience in Res ource Management, Workforce Planning, Resource Utilization.
- Provide campus deployment, bench management.
- Involved in Proactive planning of bringing down the demand-supply gap .
- Maintain and continuously improve MIS that can not only reflect RMG performance but also helps in key decision making
- Identifying business & professional need of practitioners for re-tooling.
- Actively involved in Skills Management process .
- Maintaining good supply by meeting current and future/ forecasted demand.
- Headcount Tracking and close monitoring of Utilization of the resources.
