As an RM CBS the candidate is required to acquire and manage corporates in the transaction

banking business in order to enhance current account balances and generate revenue through

fee income such as Trade, FOREX, CMS and CIP.

• To acquire new corporates offering transaction banking products, such as, TRADE, FOREX,

CMS

• To build a strong and robust customer base to increase the balances and earn revenue by

providing them high standards of service on an ongoing basis

• To maintain a strong relationship with the acquired customers in order to facilitate dayto-day

transactions

• To have knowledge on basic banking and products such as TRADE, FOREX, CMS, to

seamlessly manage customer queries

• To have an understanding of industry segments/clusters for reaching out to targeted

corporate customers

• To be constantly abreast of general economic and market indicators
