Candidate will be a Primary scientific face of the organization to Thought Leaders& physicians for a given therapy area.
Responsible to identifying key thought leaders through medical affairs activities, in alignment with the overall strategic plan.
Responsible to execution of strategic medical affairs plan.
Responsible for discussing the scientific data pertaining to products on proactive and reactive basis.
Representing the organization in various internal & external scientific platforms.
Gathering deep insights on disease trends and treatment patterns from key thought leaders and conveying them back to the therapy lead and commercial teams.
Responsible for giving training to the regular sales team.
The role is significantly field-based and involves extensive leading thought leader interactions.
