Purpose of this Role:- “To maintain & Control of Inward, In process & Final quality activities in Plastics divistion.
To develop quality capability of the organization by adopting, implementing and training best in class quality systems and processes.”
UNIQUE ACCOUNTABILITY :-
1. Capability building.
2. Monitoring of approved budget and ensure not to cross.
3. Ensure the availability of IMTE with calibration
4. On time closing of QMS NCR’s & API’s.

Qualification Required for this RoleMinimum Qualification : Diploma in PlasticsDesirable Qualification: CIPET (Injection Moulding)

Type of Experience required for this roleWorked in Injection moulding process (Auto components), Extruder & Pressure die casting processes.
Competencies required for this role
Knowledge Adequate knowledge in HSE, 5’S, TQM and TPM.
Skill”Technical/Functional: Familiar with Plastic materials like PPCP, FRPPCP & Master batches properties and their behaviour during mfg. process.
Systems: Certified as TS 16949 Internal Auditor.”Soft: Problem sloving skills and Analytical skills
