Designation: Fresher,Sr. HR Executive/ Team Leader

Location: perambur ,Chennai. 

Requirement: Fresher ,  Minimum 1 year of experience in a recruitment firm.

Job Description:

· Good People management with both ​client​ and Team Management.

· Handling End to End Recruitment Process.

· Proactively communicating status & progress of open positions.​

· Understanding the mandate and client requirement, & seeking clarity on the position description​.

· Sourcing resumes from Job portals, Company website, Social Medias, Employee referrals as per the Job description given by the client

· Screening and short listing resumes based on specific criteria like Skills, Qualifications and relevant Experience.

· Performing evaluation of the candidate through phone.

· Scheduling & coordinating for Interview with the client HR team.

· Following up with candidates and clients before and after interview process.

· Creating, releasing and dispatching the offer letters to the selected candidate’s mail ID and helping the candidates with the joining formalities.

· Handing inbound and outbound phone calls

· Developing and maintaining of database on the basis of immediate and future requirement.
