Position: Training Leader, Clinical Services
Reports to: Senior Vice President – Learning
Location: Mumbai
AVP/ VP Training (Necessarily needs to be a candidate who is a doctor, and who has mandatory working experience of working in hospitals in the USA
Key Deliverables
Provide clinical expertise in designing training curriculum, content, assessments build curriculum for new service offerings and continually upgrade existing training curriculum
Ensure business objectives are met performance of new associates are meeting client and business outcomes (example: productivity, quality/accuracy, compliance, client/physician & patient satisfaction)
Be the face of training (clinical) expertise when interacting with clients/physicians
Collaborate with solutions, operations and training teams to define a scalable talent model for Clinical services. Work with product development, operations and recruitment teams to build efficient and effective talent models
Work with training team to up-skill and ensure high caliber of clinical expertise in the training team (trainers).
Share relevant industry journals, literature, articles, conferences/forums etc. with entire clinical; services team to build deep understanding of US healthcare industry
Help design and build continual learning programs that build clinical expertise across teams and levels in the organization
Direct Reports
This is an individual contributor role or perhaps will have one or two direct reports for content creation
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
US Clinical experience preferably in ambulatory practice with over 5 years of direct practice
Academically an MD is preferred
Internist or family practice is a preferred specialty
Good understanding of how clinics operate patient and physician/provider workflows
Good understanding of trends in clinical practice, specialties
Ability to provide both strategic direction and be hands on when designing and building training programs
Experience in a multicultural national or global organization is strongly preferred.
Proven ability to partner and collaborate with other functions to understand business needs; in a multi-geography operating environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Be results-driven within the context of a collaborative team environment.
Be agile and adaptable to understand the organizations changing needs and balance needs accordingly.
Demonstrate integrity and trust; respect and appreciation of colleagues
