An experienced Project operations Manager with direct responsibility for managing a given projects.• Project Manager will be managing many projects simultaneously.• Ability to work with client, HCL Solution Team, Technical Architects and Sales Team in creation and submission of Project Proposals.• Ability to organize and work effectively with technical tracks and agencies participating in this effort Work with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, identify solutions, plan / lead project.• Close coordination with offshore teams based in India / or near shore teams or a third party vendor for planning and execution of projects.• Project Managers will require to work in off business hours as some project changes or project executions happen in post business or weekends or holidays based on project requirement.•Maintain a P & L of each project.• • Ability to communicate (verbally and in writing) effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to manage and interact (1.) Incident Management + Change Management (Planning & Execution)
