Job Profile :
1. Handling the complete recruitment, Sourcing, screening, followup, maintain tracker, salary negotiation.
2. Recruiting candidates for different positions for leading Global IT Companies/Non IT Companies.
3.Interacting with clients on regular basis to understand the specific requirements, strategize and plan the recruitment activity and implement it. Developing own relationships with present/potential clients
4. Resource requests, deliver within time and cost limitations.
5. Screening of resumes from the job portals as well as the database acquired and Buddy referrals as per the requirements of the company standards.
6.LinkedIn sourcing experience would be preferred.
