Job Descrpition:

The purpose of the Job and expected expectation from the candidates-
Experience in team handling, excellent communications, maturity to
handle key channel partner relationships, willingness to travel are
mandatory.

Person with exposure to Banking/ Broking background channel partner handling role would be preferred.

Job Profile:

This position would primarilly manage and drive organizational goals
for the assigned territory in terms of revenue and cost and maintain
appropriate relationship with the representatives of channel partner in
that geography.

Also the Territory manager will manage a team of managers who would directly be managening team/teams of 6-8 employees.

Experience of around 4-10 yeras out of which 2-5 years as a team manager would be prefered,

2) Agency Channel–

Experience of around 4-10 yeras out of which 2-5 years as a team manager would be prefered,

Its a Team Handeling Profile , handeling a team of Onroll employees.

Maximum CTC would be upto 8 LPA
