Job Description
- Generate new professionals in health care industry by cold calling.
- Making presentations to doctors, Insurance Professionals, hospital doctors
- Handling Existing Accounts
- Handling the key accounts like insurance, G.P, Hospital tie ups and Referral partners.
- Arranging and managing the camps /OPD
- Taking appointments for the camps via telephone or email.
- Making receipts and keeping the accounts of the cash and handing over timely to the concern who will be visiting the corporate office with proper acknowledgement
- Maintaining records of the patients with details like contacts and surgeries and sending on daily basis to the reporting boss.
- Calling the patient to inform them for the doctors coming to our clinic
- Calling the patient and taking follow up for surgery if suggested.
- Maintaining the records of all the calls made.
- Arranging the community programs
- To arrange for the talk of the doctors for the community program.
- Ensure good number of participants for the talk by various promotional activities.
- To present about Hospitals in the Talk with contact person name and email address.
- Arranging the CME for the general practioners, radiologist, orthopedic surgeons maintaining the data of the doctors and collection of their contact details.
- Depends on the agenda, if require arrange for the venue and refreshments.
- Regularly attending meetings in the corporate office, updating oneself technically.
- Keeping up with the latest data supplied by the company
- Monitoring competitor activity and documenting with details for presentation.
- Maintaining knowledge of new development in the national health service, anticipating potential negative and positive impacts on the business and adapting strategy accordingly
- Developing strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector
- Staying informed about the activities of healthcare services in a particular area
- Working with managers to plan how to approach contacts effective business plans for making sales in a particular area.
- Daily Visit reports.
- Monthly report of number of patients referred with the referral partner details.
- Keeping detailed records of all contacts and reaching sales targets
- Planning work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables in advance
- Must Fluent In English
