Job Title

Piping Design Manager

Reporting to HOD – Piping

Role Managing and leading piping design and detail projects.

Experience

 Min 8 to Max 10 years.

 Min 3 years in piping design software (PDMS/PDS).

Skills

 Proficient in PDMS/PDS, MS Office, Autocad

 Communication in English with stake holder.

 Project planning, expediting and customer handling.

General Attributes

 Team working.

 Positive Attitude.

 Systematic approach for problem solving.

 Discipline, punctuality and honesty.

Knowledge

 Piping design – ASME and IBR standards, ISO material code.

 Conversant in study of P&ID’s, plant layout and equipment standards.

 PDMS admin work.

Job Duties

 Project scheduling and resource allocation.

 Design and data inputs for team.

 Technical discussion and finalization with customers.

 Change order handling.
 Progress monitoring & expediting completion of model.

 Checking of plot plan, equipment layouts piping studies, piping specification

 Checking of piping layouts, isometrics, detail drawings and MTO.

 Support sales for technical presentation.

Qualification Diploma/ B.Tech –Mechanical .

Preferable:Advanced diploma/ certification in Piping design.

Tenure of requirement :Permanent
