· Strategizing, Designing and Implementing of an end to end Digital Marketing plans and campaigns in order to meet acquisition targets of onboarding users on EdCast provided platforms.

· Increase online leads and grow brand visibility through the development of multi-channel and multi-phase online campaigns which includes Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Email marketing and other possible channels of marketing.

· Creating Marketing materials with the help of design team which include Ads, Sponsored Updates, Infographics, Banner Ads, Interactive HTML Emails and Market Research documents by exploring several Modern Marketing Tools and Platforms.

· Carrying out A/B testing and Multivariate testing on a frequent basis to unlock greater User Experience, get the deep understanding of online User Behaviour, to ensure cost effectiveness of the Internet Marketing Budget and multiply DigitalMarketing ROI.

· Monitoring and Analysing website metrics including the number of Acquisitions, Time on Website, Bounce Rate, Page View, Time on Site per Page and Conversion Ratio for the web-leads through Google Analytics.

· Implementing Automated and Manual Email Marketing follow-up strategies using MailChimp other email marketing tools for both B2B & B2C prospects and converting them into Revenue and registered/active users respectively.

· Engaging users and leads through different channels that lead to higher engagement, repeat Business and Customer Referrals.

· Responsible for Website Administration, managing and updating a website on a regular basis using Content Management System – WordPress.

Ideal Candidate:

· 4-5+ Years of experience in digital marketing.

· Good understanding of the online publisher and monetization ecosystems.

· Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

· Experience of working in edtech/consumer facing startup/SMB(Optional)

· MBA Marketing is plus. (Optional).
