Candidate should have experience in handling both civil & commerical criminal matters.
should have handled legal cases in civil courts which includes Arbitration suits in contracts, Litigation cases etc.,
should have expertise in Drafting and Vetting of all notices, Affidavits, Memorandums etc.
Review ongoing cases and advise management accordingly.
should have hands on experience in filling procedures, attending enquires and execution proceedings.
should have good communication skills.
Proven experience as legal counsel in business environment.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of legal procedures.
