· Extensive hands-on experience with Core Java, NMS and in Telco’s OSS tools covering some of the following areas:
a. Trouble Ticketing (BMC Remedy, Clarity, Clarify)
b. EMS/NMS
· Software development life-cycle (SDLC) exposure with technical leadership ability to drive team during Design, coding, testing and Integration phases, including Java/PLSQL code review ability
· Additional technical knowledge in IT architecture e.g. Network, Server, Security infrastructure, database systems and client/server environment (Added advantage)
· An ability to learn new technologies/systems and assimilate new information quickly in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
· Strategic thinker with a strong service orientation:
