(1) Responsibilities & Key Result Areas
•Design, develop and maintain JAVA/J2EE Based Internal Applications and Deployment for R&D.
•Develop and maintain java based tools and propose improvements to the system
•Suggest and implement continuous improvements to the working model/system
•Incident management activity & Support our internal customers
•Responsible for monitoring (Production Support) of a strategic solution based on EBX software with high visibility on top management and business
•Authorization and security model enforcement like Manage user creation, Assign users to profiles,Create new profiles to support solution’s security model.
•Problem management activity Respond to internal customers Problems and implement and test fix in line with solution team (IMB)
•EBX maintenance, improvement & support
•Configuration and Environments Management
Technical/ Functional :
Mandatory:
•Good knowledge in Core Java with minimum 3 years of experience as a developer
•Good understanding of the OOP concepts and knowledge in JEE development
•Experience in software development, tooling, development support and operations in collaboration with several teams and sites
•Exposure to UI development is an added advantage
•Experience working on Linux, CVS, Git, Hudson Environments
•Experience of version Control tools like GIT
•Experience working in Agile mode of development
•Experience of Support activity
•Knowledge and experience of Master Data concept (knowledge of EBX would be a plus)

•Knowledge of any scripting language :
