Good communication skills in English;
12- 18 MONTHS experience in Domestic IT Recruitment and contract Staffing
Managing Clients and Handling Accounts
Need to travel and meet clients as and when needed.
Ability to understand and source relevant IT CV’s as per the requirement
Smart and aggressive candidates with no medical history
Ability to work and handle pressure and achieve consistent targets
Sourcing / Screening Resumes as per the requirements from the Job Portals through
Internet, Headhunting, Networking, Employee Referral, etc.
Head hunting good quality candidates across all technologies across all levels
Source candidates from database or through job portals, referrals, forums, head hunting and networks
Coordinating walk-ins
