Responsibilities:
– Must achieve recruitment targets.
– The ideal candidate should be an aggressive recruiter, recruiting by using different modes of recruitment channels.
– Will recruit IT talent through online job boards.
– Will be responsible for candidate relationship management.
Desired Profile Sourcing profiles for the Requirements
Interaction with candidates for Suitability , Schedules , Follow up ,Salary negotiations ,Joining Date and Joining .
Taking care of strict adherence to interview schedules, time management and quality
Achieve Targets Set.
Reports as per standard formats.
Job Specification:
Prior experience in recruitment, negotiations would be added advantage
Should be self motivated and a Team Player.
Should posses good oral communication skills
Experience: 1- 4 yrs
Work Timings: 9am to 6pm.
