Job Description:
Daily Review of Raw Materials Stock
Creation of Batches of Material at the time of dispatch of materials
Placing order to party
Follow-up with the party for confirmation of dispatch
Timely collection of bills from party of LC
Coordination with accounts department for dispatch of material according to LC
Payment to parties & reconciliation of their ledger
Handling plant queries regarding rejection of material & sorting out the issues
Daily tracking of import materials
Import status report updation in MIS
Follow up accounts department for payment
Follow up for arrangement of vehicles for dispatching import materials
