RPO Name – Quest Global Years of Exp : 3 – 5 yrs ( minimum 2 yrs working experience in Automotive domain for customers like Faurecia , MBRDI , Lear , Magna Steyr, Chrysler ,Daimler . )
Mode of hire : 3rd Party ( On Orcopods payroll )
Duration : 1 year , extendable based on the need
Work Location : Bangalore

Very good understanding of Bangalore & Pune Automotive markets

Activities involved in his role:
Being in constant communication with Hiring Managers to understand the requirements and plan the priority
Good at sourcing profiles , screening, scheduling interviews , candidate follows , offer rollout and ensure on-boarding
Good experience in market analysis
Independently handling weekend drives
Good at excel sheet and vendor management

Skillset handling experience :
NX , CATIA , ProE with Automotive domain experience like Interior / Exterior / Seating / Exhaust System / Engine components / Sheet metal design
Automotive CAE skills like Abaqus , Nastran , Ansys
Notice Period : immediate 20 days, since its a replacement position.
