Roles & Responsibilities
Plan the strategy and direction for BU for the next 3-5 years in line with the strategy and vision of company and member firms company supports and be accountable for delivering the same.
Responsible for the management of firm wide risk management program including internal audits.
Responsible for collaboratively working with internal business unit heads and onshore stakeholders to identify compliance, statutory, regulatory, strategic, financial, Info Sec and operational risks and proactively working with firms leadership team to help mitigate the risks.
Advise, implement and sustain pertinent risk and data management policies and processes across company.
Protect the firms reputation and brand by implementing sustainable and practice risk mitigation plans.
Monitoring firms compliance with various internal and company Global Risk Management policies including but not limited to Data Management policy, IT Security policy, Global Quality & Risk Management Manual and other applicable firm policies.
Accountable for coordinating effective delivery of certain risk management support services provided by company India to the platform (independence, ethics training, etc.).
Responsible for implementation of a comprehensive Business Continuity Management program that will be provided by company India.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following
Implement Risk Management Governance framework in the organization
Oversee an Internal Audit program including action plans
Experience in managing third parties personnel (example sub-contractors)
Working closely with Risk and Legal teams in various company member firms to whom services are provided by company
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable with interacting and making presentations to senior management including CXO level
Be comfortable in working with tight deadlines and demanding requirements
Think creatively and provide solutions to complex problems
Driven and ability to work both independently and in a team
Flexibility to adapt to a variety of different work environments and locations
Excellent people management skills, should provide thought leadership
Essential skills required
Education / professional qualifications
MBAs, CAs, CFAs and/or Engineers from a leading Indian/International educational institution
Prior Experience:
The candidate must have 12 to 20 Years of relevant experience gained in professional services environments
