Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for driving GSIR (Global Service Incident Rate) actions to reduce GSIR of current platform (EPI)
Candidates should have the working knowledge of ISO audits and ISO related compliances.
Drive 8Ds for problem solving
Planning of various activities for quality processes as per C2C
Ensures rigor of PDE process for Quality for New product development
GSIR Target Deployment ( SIR plan, deployment of target & creation of action and follow up
Launch Quality Scorecard at various tollgates
CUFT plan and execution
PPAP plan, and coordination
CPM list coordination with design and deployment
Safe Launch planning
Quality Plan for Shop floor, CAL , PDI , and coordination
F2S (failure2 solution management)
Interact with PDC function for actions
Craftsmanship of product at each tollgate & resolve Cm issues

Salary: INR 5,00,000 – 7,00,000 P.A
