Position: Digital Analytics Analyst
Job Location: Gurgaon
Role & Responsibilities:
* Responsible for creating end-to-end reporting on web and digital campaigns
* Acquire data from several different systems, match the data, and compile a presentable final report
* Will run ad-hoc queries and analysis as well as regularly timed reports
* Generate insights and provide analysis on trends in digital campaign performance
* Tracking and analysis of campaigns and making recommendations for improvement
* Work closely with campaign team and CRM team to develop and implement strategy
* Work closely with other digital marketing teams to leverage synergies
Ideal background of the candidate:
* Excellent oral, written communication skills
* Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in digital analytics and reporting
* Expertise in Adobe Analytics
* Experience on Eloqua, Yesmail, Marketo and/or other marketing automations tools
* Expertise in Excel (including pivot/powerBI)
* SQL programming experience would be a strong plus
* Excellent attention to detail, proofreading, and analytical skills
* Strong stakeholder management skills
