The Cook will be assigned to ensure the food safety & general health of the employees staying in the villa by providing hygienic & tasty food in a clean & pest free environment with strict adherence to the quality and food hygiene standards of the organization and ensuring discipline in accommodation facility and to safeguard the assets and resources of the company and employees. Duties include:

Prepare and present hygienic & tasty food to staff in accommodation to ensure health and wellness of the employees staying in the company accommodation

1. Co-ordinate with employees to collect funds to source raw materials for preparing the food in order to ensure food is available to all employees at the required times

2. Maintain & Safeguard the assets & resources of the company as well as the employees so as to ensure security for the same

3. Maintain clean and pest free environment in accommodation to ensure adherence to the Quality and health standards of the organization

4. Communicate to relevant authorities of any support related to the upkeep or repair of any equipment in the accommodation to ensure all equipment are operational and available for use by employees at all times

5. Communicate any breach of discipline at the accommodation to ensure strict adherence to the company staff accommodation policy

6. Check & Maintain all Health & Safety equipment and procedures without fail to provide a safe living place to the occupants at all times

• High school Certificate

• At least 2-years Diploma in hotel/catering or equivalent

• Age 28 – 40 years

• Basic English proficiency

• 3 years’ experience in big institutions or hotel or camps
