Day to day business solicitation in coordination with team members of company of Business Development & Operation activities at all touch points of specified region.
• Own the responsibility for meeting overall business target for company under financing scheme/s in the designated region
• Ensure efficient level of client servicing of the existing customers through company
• Act on escalated issues submitted/raised by the Regional team of Company, mainly pertaining to company products & operations
• Implement (with support from Company field team) local area promotional activities
• Provide training & hand holding support to the field staff of company field team/s on customer acquisition, KYC, product & pricing details, documentations and other operational aspects
• Ensure timely collection of application from the sales/field team/s of company, verification of the same, 1st level document‐based KYC verification/check and document authentication & adequacy check etc
• Meeting key all prospective & existing clients, business partners, other associates and conduct personal discussions on periodic basis
• Ensure timely collection of dues and submit periodic reporting of collection status
• Rigorous follow up for collection of overdue accounts with active support from company field team/s
Candidate Profile:
• Fair understanding of grass‐root Agriculture dynamics in specified region
• Fair understanding of NBFC/FI value chain from business solicitation to collection.
• Well versed with understanding of financing requirement of customers engaged in agri related activities, market dynamics in agri‐finance space and understanding of credit‐worthiness of the customer/customer segments in an environment where information opacity is very high
• Ability to relate/co‐relate information, findings during undertaking business solicitation
• Reasonable communication capability both oral & written
• Local language knowledge and speaking ability is must.
• Reasonable level of capability to work on excel, ppt, word etc.
• Prior experience with NBFC/Financial institution shall have added advantage
• High level of perseverance to ensure achievement of business goals
