Achieve sales through small projects, realisation, improving reach and spread and better penetration in rural segment (Tier II & III towns).
Mapping of small projects /fabricators
Building and maintaining healthy business relation with customers (dealers/ fabricators/ small builders), ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & quality norms
Managing small projects, Lead generation and closure,
Create project pipeline, payments, Promote Value Added Partners (VAP)
Building relationship with interior designers/ Architects/ Fabricators , customers meet, and Brand Building
Act as a conduit between the customer (projects), dealers/Processors and Company( RM/ZH)
Ensure customer satisfaction in terms of quality, delivery ,promotional support etc
Keep track of the industry trends and competition, Mapping of competitors (products, prices, services, marketing activities)
