To execute implement action points pertaining to manpower & recruitment plan in consultation with key stakeholders & business plan; to help Vertical Head ensure availability of skilled manpower for business growth & profitability.-Implement and execute action /activities of Annual Manpower Planning and Staffing Budget for ensuring productivity norms.-Plan implement and coordinate in recruitment to help Vertical Head ensure availability of skilled manpower.-Participate in ‘Best Practice’ processes systems and procedures are followed so that quality talent is recruited.-Implement 100% Recruitment process compliance as per Poornata/Taleo guidelines Implementation & usage of Recruitment Module.-Facilitate the vertical Head in ensuring Idea as an employer of Choice in Campus Relationship in local colleges.
