As Team member(Direct Tax), following are key responsibilities: · Preparation and filing of taxreturns of the Company , Subsidiary Companies and trusts. · Preparation and finalisation of thetax audit reports , dealing with Units and Tax auditors for the same. · Preparation and finalisation ofadvance tax , tax provisions and deferred tax and handling various tax relatedaccounting. · To provide support in preparationand finalisation of appeals, submissions and present tax matters effectivelybefore various tax authorities to minimize tax exposure and litigation risks.
· Dealing with tax consultants /auditors for various taxation related matters. · Assist in evaluating, study and tax issues relatingto contemplated collaborations, amalgamation, mergers, expansion project etc. · Support business in tax compliances.
