Process the AR /AP invoices and account for payments /receipts, reconcile accounts, and analyze
account balances and other duties as assigned. Typically requires a Commerce degree in Accounting
with specific training/experience in AP & AR Process. Familiarity with internal financial controls is
preferred.
Essential Duties
Accounts Payable:
PO and Invoice Processing
Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
Payment Processing
Tracking aging of payables
Assist in month end closing
Should be able to handle AP queries independently
Reporting and Analysis
