ACCOUNTS, FINANCE EXECUTIVE – PAYABLE
Education: B.Com.
Experience: 6 – 7 years of Experience.
Responsibilities:
* Banking Activities- Payables.
* Cash Flow Activities.
* LC Opening.
* Export Bill Discounting with the Bank.
* Follow up with Bank on Guarantees.
* Reporting- Payables Ageing Analysis.
* Reports on LC & BG Limits Utilization.
Key Action Items:
* Ensuring Payments are made on Time within the Ambit of the Credit Terms & due Dates.
* Managing Cash Flow- Ensuring Payments do not cross the Cash Credit Limit,
* Taking Care that Supplies are not AffectedOn Time Discounting of Bills,
* To ensure Adequate Funds at any Point in Time.
Key Result Areas:
* No Lapse on Payments- especially Statutory Obligations.
* Opening LC in Time wherever the PO Mandates it such that no Purchases are Delayed.
* Cases of Crossed Cash Credit Limit on a Daily Basis.
* Discounting of Bills within Two Days of the Invoicing.
* On Time Project related Payments.
