We are looking for highly energetic, dynamic & passionate “Account Manager/Delivery Lead (IT- Staffing services) for Bangalore Software Services (P) Ltd.
Job Description-
Essential Requirements:
* Should have 4-8 years of relevant experience in Account Handling, Delivery Management, Client interaction and team handling.
* Should be able to handle Contract and Permanent Staffing
* Well versed with various IT Technologies.
* Excellent communication skills, pleasing personality.
* Should be able to handle the team of IT Recruiters.
* Candidates should be prior experience of handling IT Clients/accounts.
* Should be able to regular interaction with clients for getting new requirements and follow ups.
* Should be able to handle the delivery of IT staffing services with client.
* Should be able to handle our existing clients.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Maintain good relation with client and regular interaction with client as per the requirement of business.
