The role is of a Consultant/ Recruiter in IT Vertical.. The other job responsibilities are:
Job Description :
1. Sourcing on middle and senior level Positions.
2.Understanding and analyzing the client’s manpower requirements in different skill set categories.
3. Formulation and Implementation of Recruitment/Sourcing strategies.
4. Posting of job on the job portals, websites, blogs and other discussion forums.
5. Telephonic Screening of the profiles Checking for Technical Fitment, Behavioral Fitment, Stability etc.
6. Conducting preliminary interviews as specified by client.
7. Scheduling of Interviews of the candidates in close co-ordination with client HR.
8. Maintaining and developing candidate database and trackers.
9. Achieving the assigned target as per the role.
Working Days: 5 days!!!
Work Timing: 9:00am to 5:30pm

1. Good knowledge and experience in IT vertical recruitment for junior and middle level of profiles.
2. Should be able to close the positions within a certain turn around time.
3. Should be target oriented.
