ZSM must be capable to sustain marker sales by Channel Conflict Resolution.
Activities pertaining to basic infrastructure of the RDS would be prerogative of the State Head.
ZSM should manage RDS payment and collection.
Generate RDS reporting in terms of Sales volumes, metric Target vs. Achievement
Account reconciliation of the RDS on a quarterly basis.
Settlement of distributor claims – Reconciliation and tracking of Retailer claims on monthly basis
Zonal Sales Manager Visits all key locations along with the RDS to resolve issues of Retail.
To Build a positive rapport and strong relationship with retailers in respective markets.
Responsible for monitoring and tracking the sales performance of all key dealers (A class, B Class and KROs) weekly.
Regular evaluation of distribution structure and make changes if required by correcting in the distribution structure.
ZSM must focusing in Driving company’s objectives for Volume, Value, ASP and Distribution Expansion.
Directly driving Company’s schemes for target setting stage to execution the trade
ZSM should be able to committing and achieving sales numbers along with daily reporting.
Capable of analysing the Dashboard Report for the state sales & generating weekly sales report & monthly sales report.
ZSM must have effective communication internally to the organisation with the entire sales team & non-sales function to resolve conflicts.
ZSM must have trusted connections External with all Channel Partners & Retailers.
Salary: 43000 N.T.H
