Job Description for CRM:
· Should have good communication skill.
· Maintain all the queries regarding booking and sales updates in MIS.
· Educating customer about project details, keeping data base and information of individual customer.
· Entertaining any inquiry that rises in pretext to details of payment or any other commercial.
· Keeping track of collections.
· Preparing MIS, weekly reports.
· Candidate should have handled client relation in advance.
· Should have knowledge of excel, MS office, etc.,
· Handling inbound / Outbound calls.
