• To update all the challan/bills/issue in the MMS before the end of the day.
• To send every day the stores daily order sheet, the daily DRR along with challan/bills to corporate finance department for payments.
• To maintain daily/weekly/monthly physical stores inventory.
• To prepare variance reports.
• To send every fortnightly the stores non/slow moving items report to the controls & chef.
• To inform Daily short / none / late supply list to to the unit head, chef, controls & the purchase manager.
• To prepare expiry dates of the products.
• To issue goods on FIFO basis.
