• Managing the recruitment process.

• Handling End to end recruitment.

• Sourcing resumes through Database, Job Portal (Naukri and Monster), Referencing, Networking, headhunting etc)

• Screening & Short listing resumes as per the client requirement.

• Pre-joining and post-joining follow-ups.

• Good knowledge in MS Excel and MS Word.

• Good Communication Skill , Convincing Power & Result oriented.

• Maintaining MIS report.
