Roles and Responsibilities: -Will lead the Procure to Pay process -Will be responsible for negotiations ofindirect purchases like FMS , Transport , Travel etc -Will be responsible for purchase operation& lead procurement of capital goodlike Servers, Networking equipment’s, IT hardware , software licenses, Powerequipment’s , AMC , Renewals , Telecom services etc – Responsible for vendor management &vendor relationships -Vendor development – Execute RFI / RFP Process -Ensuring deliveries on time by trackingend to end -Budget planning & expense monitoring -Responsible for large deal negotiations forGovernment tenders -Providing inputs to the business atbidding stage – Ensuring margins on resale items as perthe targets given -Understanding customer contracts &mitigating risks thru proper back to back contracting with hardware &service providers -Interfacing with various internal users& engaging regularly & pro-actively. -Interacting with different business groups& ensuring internal procurement needs are met within budget -Monitoring vendor performance &conducting reviews along with user group -Documentation & MIS Roles CriticalExposure Required: Must to have: -Strongcommercial accumen -Experience inNon-IT Infrastructure purchase & Indirect purchase -Exposure topurchase of IT , Networking equipment’s & Software license purchase inlarge organization -Techno-commercialbackground -Good understandingof technology – Good knowledgeof vendor base for IT & infra commodities – Must have leadProcurement operation in mid-size IT company – Goodknowledge of commercial taxation Nice to have: – InternationalProcurement experience -Provide commercialsupport in large bids -Work experience with OEM’s Professionals fromBanking Organizations , Telecom companies , ITsystem Integrators preferred.
