• Responsible for recruitment, Bulk hiring, BFSI hiring for West, North and Central(partially) India.
• Responsible for handling entire lifecycle of employee from Recruitment for sourcing the best talent based on manpower requirement from diverse sources like internal references, walk-ins, advertisements, job portals, consultants/vendors, etc. up to Exit Process in the Banking Divisions within timelines
• Coordinating on daily basis with all the sources as per requirement to get suitable profiles
• Working close with Vendors & RM regarding feedback
• Need to travel as required to various locations in region to coordinate for recruitment drives.
• Work on empanelment of local staffing/sourcing vendors keeping reporting authority in the loop
• Identifying and suggesting process improvements in recruitment
• Vendor Management
• Client Management
• Daily update of recruitment tracker, summary report and tracking recruitment SLA.
• Sending daily/weekly/monthly recruitment reports on time. :
