They have an excellent & challenging position as a Project Manager with an experience in High Rise & Mixed Use Development projects with their firm for a project at Dubai.

Responsibilities

 Plan, program, organize, and manage overall project from initiation to completion.

 Organize and manage design deliverables, cost control, scope & change management, and Quality & HSE implementation.

 Ensure projects are completed within the agreed budget and timescales.

 Managing day-to-day operations to ensure high performance standards in line with project plan and set parameters.

 Efficient in management of diversified multinational indirect and direct workforce. Continues motivation and interactive training sessions to subordinates to understand the complete project scope to achieve optimum results and enable successful team building.

 Efficient liaison and management with the Client, Vendors and Subcontractors.

 Schedule and supervise work programs, arrange resources and deliverables to site by liaising & managing with functional departments.

 Expert in contract management, scope control, change management, identify variations, and initiate contractual claims

Location – Mumbai
