Ensure Timely payments to Contractors, Vendors & suppliers
Develop, Review and monitor Manpower and machinery requirements during project implementation
Ensure Proper Documentation for proper closure of projects
Implement new technologies and new materials in projects which can bring in cost savings in projects
Liasoning with client for approval of drawings, creating work fronts.
Implement McKenzie core processes during execution.
Ensuring safety, Quality and timely completion.
