Responsibilities:

 Extensive performance engineering and implementing enterprise software solutions for customers for complex enterprise applications and distributed systems.

 Experience in identifying and resolving performance issues on a variety of server subsystems (CPU, Memory, Threads, I/O, etc.) and Operating Systems counters.

 Responsible for solution design and implementation of large enterprise digital marketing Solutions.

 Manage design authority interaction with senior business stakeholders and Enterprise Architect team to develop solutions and architectures aligned to business objectives and goals.

 Executes and writes portions of test plans, automated scripts, protocols and documentation for assigned portion of application; identifies and debugs issues with code and suggests changes or improvements

 Interact with both technical and non-technical customers, address relevant technical and business requirements, ensure Solution Design and articulation of the system and continuous integration framework for Enterprise customers, in keeping with the future business requirements of the Enterprise.

 Compiling Non-functional requirements gathering from marketing users for driving business and infrastructure discovery sessions with enterprise customers.

 Understanding business requirements and worked with the development architect to translate requirements into solution architecture designs. Reviewed requirements participated in design reviews and also helped in incorporating testability requirements into design.

 Validating the existing design of the system and working out an effective migration strategy for movement to the new solution platform.

 Working closely with the development team during the implementation to ensure close monitoring and adherence to the design, to drive Quality and Testing from Strategy to Execution across multiple customers.

 Has provided Technical Leadership and Strategic Direction to the Testing Organization.

 Has deep knowledge in putting together End-to-End comprehensive Quality & Testing processes for System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Test Centre of Excellence (TCoE)

 Hands on experience and knowledge in areas of Agile testing, Test Driven Development, Model Based Testing, V-Model, Waterfall approach and the different test models popular in the market.

 Has been involved in driving organization-wide Quality Process initiatives and their implementation to ensure Quality of deliverables.

 Has maintained a “big and complete” picture view of the software programs/projects, its dependencies, organizational goals, technology arena, etc. and helps guide & direct the functioning appropriately.

 Has played an effective counterpart to Development Architect perhaps formulated & developed effective test architecture per organizational needs.

 Deep understanding of applicable test techniques and selecting and recommending the right tools to improve test efficiency and effectiveness.

 Articulating and defining the content for strong customer presentations.

Desired Skills and Experience

Qualifications:

 Bachelors’ / Masters in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent.

 Passion for engineering and solving very complex performance engineering problems that delights customers

 Solid engineering background and efficient knowledge base on Enterprise Level Architecture

 10-12 Years’ Experience with significant work in Code Profiling, Database Profiling, Code Tuning, Performance Tuning domain

 Exposure to Microsoft technologies especially C#, .NET is a big plus.

 Innovation mindset and continuous learning abilities is a must have

 Knowledge of strong engineering processes

 Experience working in Services environments

 Strong verbal and written communication skills to both technical and non-technical audiences.
