Over all 15+ years of experience.
Ensure smooth operations management of Middleware & ESB application stack, Online and digital stack including enterprise website, eCommerce/estore, content management, mobile applications, other web applications
Resource planning and utilization management
Work with Application delivery team to ensure smooth transition from Build and Systems Integration phase to Operations Phase.
Ensure business process transition by working closely with business stakeholders
Operational process definitions and design for new initiatives and projects
Establish and maintain operating agreements , processes and service levels
Work as business interface for operational issue management and escalations
Managed services delivery in application management of telecom BSS applications or CRM and Retail applications management in large enterprises
Open & experience in 24×7 environment.
