Designation — HR RECRUITER / RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST @ HR REMEDY INDIA
Work Location — Aundh / Baner (Pune)

Salary — 1.6 LACS — 2 LACS + INCENTIVES + BONUS + Time to time promotion as per the performance! (Depending on your Qualification and Interview)
Growth Path — HR Executive – Recruitment –> Team Leader – Recruitment –> Assistant Manager – Recruitment –> Manager – Recruitment
(Every 3 months you have a chance to get your promotion)
Job Description:
1) Responsible to conduct full recruitment cycle for any provided assignment.
2) End to End recruitment across all the levels for assigned clients / industry.
3) Understand the requirements through face to face meetings / Conference calls with Client HR Team.
4) Complete the on boarding process on provided deadlines.
5) Responsible for Screening, Sourcing, primary Shortlisting, and Scheduling for further technical/management interviews, documentation, relieving on time, on boarding process.
