Job Description :
1. Sound knowledge of Drawings and developing Prototypes, should have knowledge of Auto cad and solid works .
2. well versed with precision machining of jobs.
3. Having idea about the development of forging & casting items and should be able to control all quality parameters of castings , forgings and machined items .
4. Having ability to make process flow charts for jobs having cost effective ideas.
5. Having ability to make QAP as per drawing requirement.
6. Ability to lead cross functional teams in developing new products from concept to final delivery .
7. Should be a team player.
8. Ability to communicate clearly & effectively in person , via e-mail and over phone .

He has a cross- functional expertise having worked in Recruitment, Performance Appraisals, Selection and Training. corporate planning.
In all his assignments he has built strong well-knit teams. He has worked with Aptech the IT giant in training and consultancy in their corporate division marketing ISO 9000, Quality Management and B.P.R consultancy services. He has always been a highly motivated individual with a healthy foresight, entrepreneurial spirit and determination.
He has also by virtue of his profession mastered the subject of Body Language and face reading. He now heads Career Placements for the past nine years. His current clientele include various companies from the engineering, electronics, information technology, manufacturing, consultancy, BPO FMC’s, and engineering industries.
