We are currently providing IT Recruitment and Staffing Services to 200+ Companies which includes CMM, PCMM, CMMI and reputed MNCs in India and Abroad.
One of our client is looking for Branch sales Manager @ E-commerce industry
Job profile :
Monitoring and analysis of key data of the region allocated including sales figures, sales
personnel, productivity ratios, client’s work status and receivables etc
Identifying the opportunity & problem areas, preparing the action plan for achieving the key
sales figures and presenting the Branch Sales reports. Actively driving and ensuring sale target
achievement, management of sales support function and timely work completion of customers
Responsible for team recruitment, training, hand holding and ensuring high retention of team
Ensure implementation of training programme for skill development
Record performance metrics and monitoring key parameters to increase the overall productivity
of the sales personnel
Drive performance incentive structure and sales promotion schemes
Collecting market feedback and provide periodic updates to the management for formulation of
policy & strategy
Eligibility :
*Total 3-4+ ( Minimum 2+ years of team handling experience).
*At-least 1+ years of experience in managing a Team in a successful Direct marketing/ Space selling/ Banking / Insurance/ Services organization
.
Branch sales Manager :- 60% in any two qualifications (10th, 12th and Graduation)
Graduation + MBA Or B.Tech with 3 to 8 year experience. With minimum 2 years of team handling experience.
Required Skills:
*Have strong team building & team management ability, leadership ability and persuasive communication skills to inspire the team
*Must be process oriented, IT savvy & proficient in the use Microsoft Office/ Open Office Tools
*Basic understanding of concept selling and in depth understanding of direct selling
Qualification / Experience:graduation
*MBA/PGDM/Btech passouts
*3-6 years exp.
Target Industry – From Dotcom, Telecom, Media OR BFSI ( Banking, Insurance etc.) Industry, Industry wherein sales create need of product to the customer, any concept selling
Location : Mumbai/Agra/Varansi/Panipath
CTC-MAX 5.5LPA +Incentive(43K in hand CTC)
