- Analyze market trends, indicators and competition and, transfer SWOT & market mapping results into necessary strategies.
- Develop and implement business plan and sales & marketing strategies that is consistent with the organizations overall mission, vision, in short-term and long-term.
- Be accountable for Profit & Loss for the Business Line.
- Develop and strengthen indirect channels to increase customer base.
- Ensure that the organization is fit for purpose, right-sized, well-structured and competent to cater to diverse market needs.
- Increase reach with customers by building a strong distributor network and at the same time, maintain the focus on Key Account Management
- Establish targets in the organization such as: product mix, sales volume, market share, or business development and monitor the performance of the organization against these goals.
- Ensure due focus on all product groups e.g. microtorque, bolting, material removal, etc.
- Co-ordination of customer references and best practice.
- Lead and motivate the direct and indirect teams and ensure that they are equipped with the required competencies and attitude to deliver what customers need.
