JOB SUMMARY




The primary job responsibility would be around handling the database of Max Life customers with intent to source completely new set policies from these set of customers and serve them to deepen relations. This would be a core sales profile wherein the employee who will consistently perform over a period of them will be transferred into service to sales profile enhancing his skill sets and earning opportunity.





KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Sales





  • Focus on cross sell/ up sell acquisition on MLI database provided to the employee.







  • Build rapport and relationship with the customers







  • Generating referral leads thru these customers







  • Need based product pitching and focus on all product categories







  • Adherence to MLI pre-sales & post-sales guidelines.







  • Timely follow ups and closure of post appointment calls into successful insurance sales.







  • Closing Sales and follow up on issuance





Self Development





  • Upgrade knowledge & Skills for better selling.







  • Coach and mentor 1/2 colleagues from Hierarchy under with inputs from his immediate supervisor







  • Should develop himself for HNI relationship building and selling







  • Should learn Service to Sales orientation
