Job Title: – Manager – Technical lead
Position Summary
Drive technical delivery for given work order. Play a role as Onsite coordinator. Oversee components of work order / complete work orders as per the client or project requirements for all the assigned deliverables. Modify complex systems or develop new sub- systems and supervise work executed by team of Developers / Senior Developers and members from various solutions areas as required. Build good relationship with Clients and bridge the gap between Client and Offshore team. To have an objective of delivering high quality project deliverables within delivery timelines, security and performance guidelines.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering: – Participate in requirement gathering support documentation where applicable (business, functional and Technical)
Design & Analysis: – Develop proof of concept as designed by architect. Setup development environment for team to work in. Break up the modules considering technical aspects. Understand interdependencies of the various components in work packages that are being developed. Create design documents with the support of the architects for the assigned scope. Work with architect to understand the architecture of the application, high level approaches and ensure that the design is in line with overall direction; conduct peer review, as required. Organize design review sessions with various stakeholders to validate design is as per requirements.
Raise clarifications with customer:
– Conduct meetings with customer SME’s, BA’s and architect to understand and clarify functional and technical requirements.
Resource/ Efforts Estimation and Monitoring: – Provide input on technical effort estimation to arrive at resourcing plans; participate in management reviews and teleconferences and report weekly status and walkthrough to the Client. Follow-up with customer POC to resolve team issues and dependencies. Raise concerns regarding changes in timelines and expectations with customer point of contact to resolve
Troubleshoot critical technical issues: – Handle escalations related to critical technical issues. Create detailed tasks for the scope and share timelines for the same with the team. Track the status of the tasks assigned, maintain detailed task information for the work packages owned and do periodic reporting.

-Good proficiency in TAL, COBOL, Screen COBOL, Tandem Utilities, Pathway concepts and Simulators.
-Good Proficiency in Base24 Products such as ATM, POS Interchanges and Schemes (VISA, MasterCard)

Job Title: – Senior Developer – Technical Analyst
Position Summary
Design, develop and implement components of a work order / project as per client requirements. Create a fault tolerant code and modify complex systems or develop new sub systems. Develop comprehensive unit testing cases and plans. Update knowledge assets and guide team to do the same. Integrate work of developers with the objective of delivering high quality project deliverables within the limits of delivery timelines, security, quality and performance guidelines.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering: – Participate in requirement gathering support documentation where applicable. Raise queries and get query resolution on areas which are unclear, ambiguous and which need more information to the Technology Lead.
Resource/ Efforts Estimation and Monitoring: – Understand how the estimation (effort, etc.) is done at task level in the area of work concerned, measure and report the actual effort against the estimated effort.
Design & Analysis: – Create the HL Design and detailed design document with the support of architects for the assigned scope. Review all deliverables created by the Developer. Understand the interdependencies of the various components in work packages being developed. Create detailed design and assign to developer. Provide input to the Project Manager / Technical Lead to create the project plan from a technical perspective. Support development of proof of concept as designed by Designer / Solution Architect. Initiate development environment setup. Provide demo to customer for early feedback. Create quality check points for all deliverables.
Coding: – Develop tier coding, business layer coding, interface development, service development, creation of stored procedures, etc. as applicable for the project. CTS and customer specific coding standards, guidelines and best practice should be adhered. Seek review from peer / technical lead periodically. Participate in setup activities for required environment setup, deploy code build in testing environment. Prepare guidelines and checklist for development and testing activities
Testing: – Develop comprehensive unit testing cases and unit test plans; conduct comprehensive unit testing; create unit test logs. Prepare and support in preparation of unit test strategy. Plan document and data requirements. Automate unit testing and contribute to automation of unit testing. Conduct peer review of unit test cases. Review test cases as prepared by the Developer

Write unit test cases for the specific unit and update knowledge assets with the objective of delivering high quality project deliverables first time right within the limits of delivery timelines, security and performance guidelines.

Requirements Gathering: – Understand, interpret and clarify functional requirements as well as technical requirements and requirement standards for the project.
Design and Analysis: – Study assigned functional specifications. Analyze and identify impact of specifications. Raise queries and seek resolution from different stakeholders.
Coding: – Develop coding as required in the project. Raise clarifications, issues and concerns regarding work output to the lead on time. Seek review from peer / Senior Developer periodically. Rework on the code based on code review / defects raised in unit testing or any other relevant testing phases. Highlight any potential risks to the Leads and seek inputs to resolve issues identified.
Testing: – Write unit test cases for the specific unit. Seek review from peer or Senior Developer for the test cases written.
