Our client is a leading business process and software services provider serving multiple industries with key focus on the financial services industry. They support these operations across 5 operations centres spread across India and the US.
Presently to be part of the BPO Division we are looking for a Manager – Front-Line Hiring. Person should be preferably a Post Graduate in HRM with 8+ years of experience with the last 5+ yrs in a BPO environment with proven hiring numbers.

1. Person should have proven team handling and leadership skills.
2. Person should be experienced in all levels of BPO hiring – entry level hires, mid-level hires, managerial hires, leadership hiring as well as support and administrative staff.
3. In view of the ramping of the business the Division is looking for a person who has substantial experience in handling a mix of campus / fresher and lateral hiring. But the focus would really be more on the lateral hires at a front-end level.
4. Person should be capable of delivering the numbers based on projections.
5. Person should be capable of working under high pressure due to short deadlines.
6. Person should be able to handle stakeholder and management concerns.
